Kelly went beyond the call of duty to ensure we closed on our house as planned. We were 'lucky' enough to have scheduled our closing the day after the December 2002 ice storm. With Christmas just around the corner, family traveling up from Florida, and a baby on the way, we didn't have the option of pushing the closing back to a more 'convenient' date! Although the phones lines were dead and transportation was difficult, Kelly managed to track down all the parties necessary for us to complete the transaction - she even held the flashlight as we and the attorney signed the loan documents! We were very relieved to have things progress on time, not to mention the unnecessary expense we avoided by not having to cancel the movers, carpet cleaners, etc. Kelly treated us as if we were family. We recommend her with our highest regards.
